How NeuroHeal handles your privacy, your data, and the limits of what we do.

NeuroHeal is a wellness and self-awareness platform. It supports personal insight, nervous-system regulation practices, and reflective growth. It is not a replacement for professional medical, psychiatric, or mental-health care.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, please contact your local emergency services, a licensed clinician, or a crisis line (in the US, dial or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

The HRV biofeedback, energy scans, and any biometric readings offered by NeuroHeal are for informational and reflective purposes only. They are not diagnostic tools and should not be used to make medical decisions.

We collect only the data required to make NeuroHeal work for you: account information (email + name), your journal and check-in entries, the AI conversations you have with Haven, your subscription state, and — if you connect one — Bluetooth heart-rate readings during an HRV session.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your journal or Haven conversations for training public models. Your reflections are yours.

All traffic between your device and NeuroHeal is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing (bcrypt). Session tokens are short-lived and rotated on sign-in.

Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

Haven AI is powered by large language models (currently OpenAI GPT-4o). It is a reflective conversational companion — not a therapist, doctor, or authority. Its responses can be inaccurate, incomplete, or occasionally off-tone. Treat what Haven says the way you would treat what a thoughtful stranger might say — with curiosity and your own discernment.

NeuroHeal does not send your identity to the model provider along with each request. Conversations are stored on your account so you can revisit them; you can delete individual conversations or your full history at any time from Settings.

You can export or delete your NeuroHeal data from Settings. Account deletion removes your journal, check-ins, AI conversations, biofeedback history, and personal information from active systems. Some anonymized, aggregated metrics may persist to help us improve the platform.

NeuroHeal is operated by Venus Glow LLC (United States), founded by Brooke Haven. The platform grew from her personal transformation and the belief that real healing happens when biofeedback, cosmic timing, and AI-driven pattern recognition are put in service of self-awareness — not consumed as more content.
